Exams, pressure, stress. ARGHH!

Hey everyone. This is going to be a little bit different to normal blog posts but I really wnated to help some of you. I'd been getting requests on my facebook page about how to manage and keep up with exam stress, peer pressure and work load ( mainly procastination ). Well here goes guys!. You MUST be committed. Trust me. These efforts you put in now will always pay off in the end and will be worth it.Living in the UK, i've had to do GCSEs, A-Levels ... so I know ow it feels. When people ask me " When did you really start revision?", my answer is September. I never left things for last minute. I always done everything on time and kept updating myself. Even though you feel stressed, you need to give yourself time too. Cramming revision will never be your answer. I usually treat myself to a pamper evening with the lush sex bomb and a face mask. It relaxes me while it can and I feel a lot more fresh.

As for peer pressure. Pressure will come from everywhere. The only thing you can do is to deal with it. Pressure from exams to pass and pressure from parents. I know the works of it. They just want you to do well. But trust me. It's YOU taking that exam. Not your parents, you. Make the most of it. You'll get your holidays later on. You can chillax then. Do as much as you can and the best to your ability. It isn't always about getting A's and A*'s. It's about doing your best with what you enjoy! Why would you procastinte? You can leave off that one episode of Eastenders, Hollyoaks.. I'm not saying stop watching TV. But when it becomes too much and is controlling you, you need to manage your time and stop.

This wasn't a very detailed blog post but I wanted to make sure you feel like you are supported and have that control over yourself. If you ever have any questions then let me know and i'll be happy to answer them.I don't want to be that headmaster who gives assembley lectures about how if you don' do well in exams you wont get anywhere in future. It's YOUR life and YOUR choices. You just need to make the best choices. Anyway, Have a fun holiday and hit me up with any questions you have.

Much lov, Sasha. x
